Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and implement engaging life enrichment activities and programs for residents tailored to their interests and abilities.

• Foster a positive and stimulating environment by organizing social events, recreational activities, educational sessions, and wellness programs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure activities are aligned with residents' care plans and wellness goals.

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of activity areas, ensuring all materials and equipment are properly maintained and sanitized.

• Provide one-on-one and group support to residents, encouraging participation and social interaction.

• Monitor residents' responses to activities, documenting feedback and observations to improve program effectiveness.

• Communicate regularly with residents' families to inform them of upcoming activities and to gather input for program development.

• Support residents in developing new hobbies and interests, promoting overall mental and emotional well-being.

• Ensure activities comply with safety and health regulations, making necessary adjustments to accommodate residents' physical and cognitive limitations.
