Facilitate effective communication among residents, healthcare providers, and care staff to promote a cohesive and collaborative care environment.
Manage and maintain detailed and accurate documentation of each resident’s care, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Plan and coordinate activities and programs that enhance the quality of life for residents, promoting socialization and engagement within the community.
Conduct in-service training for care staff on best practices, new procedures, and regulatory updates to ensure the highest standard of care.
Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents, taking appropriate action to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
Ensure that the facility’s environment is safe, clean, and conducive to the overall health and comfort of residents.
